VEEP®2
is a tool for practice-focused, realistic PLC training with
any PLC. The digital inputs and outputs (24 V) of a PLC control
various simulated processes via an interface on the PC, that
is, set PLC outputs control the software module and changing
sensor signals influence processing of the PLC program via
the PLC inputs.
The motion
sequence on the screen corresponds to the hardware setup of
the TP 301 training package or an MPS® station. VEEP®2 allows
motion-critical sequences to be simulated safely on a PC before
the program controls real hardware. COSIVIS simulation software
is described in detail in the Software chapter.
